Can’t say enough good things about the service department and the folks working there. We had two major issues with our rig. Andrew was so empathetic and reassuring. Everyone was polite and caring. Within no time they had us back on the road. Those guys rock!

So happy we found Travers Autoplex and RV Service Center in Eureka to help us with our motor coach. Can’t say enough good things about all they did for us; especially Jeff Johnson, Scott (tech – our hero) and Brandi Friedmann. We were in the St. Louis area and called to schedule service for one item – a broken kitchen drain pipe flooding our cargo area. We had a list of several other items to repair and asked if it was feasible to tackle anything else. Jeff mentioned he would like to attempt to repair what he could from our list in our short time frame of travel. So, we said – sure! Scott was exceptional, organized and dedicated to fixing everything to our satisfaction. Jeff and Brandi kept us up to date on activities… and everybody involved exceeded our expectations. I came to Travers and it took one day for Chance ( sales Rep) To locate exactly what I was looking for! Having it shipped to them on the very next day!!!
