We were quickly helped, even though many customers were in the store. The agent was so friendly and helpful! He showed us how to use the online registration and utilize our "friends and family" code. Shawn was an exemplary service rep---professional,knowledgeable, and personal.

My experience with this location was pretty good. Phil was the only employee working there that day, but despite having to wash the car in his suit, and no lunch/lunchbreak, he still had a smile on his face & was very respectful. Also, I had requested an Intermediate SUV at the time of reservation, but this location only had a JEEP Patriot and Nissan Altima (obviously not an SUV). Being that the Patriot was too small for traveling purposes, I took the Altima. Yes, the Altima drove smoothly, but I was still hoping for that SUV, which never happened. Overall, despite the ridiculous taxes & extra hidden fees that are added on when renting the vehicle, I did enjoy the experience and travsl time with my friends & family. - Jessica
