I have been using the Eureka Point Schnucks Pharmacy for 3+ years now and won't use anyone else. They are efficient and very considerate when discussing private issues (i.e. my husband's Viagra wasn't covered but they could substitute with another type and the clerk referred to it as "your other medication" and then turned the screen for him to see what she was referring to, rather than blurting out "Viagra".) They once filled a prescription immediately and 5 min before they closed in an emergency for us. While I'm sure it happens, they have never made a mistake with any of our prescriptions. They have an excellent and friendly staff in this pharmacy.

My husband and I have never had any issues here. It's convenient, they always have what we need, and the employees are friendly

50/50 chance they can fill a prescription

I recently moved about 7 months ago. I've been using Schnucks Pharmacy in High Ridge Mo. For almost 10 years. I never had a problem with them. They were all great! When I transferred to Eureka, they gave me nothing but problems! I would order my refills at least a day or two ahead of time and when I would go to pick them up a few days later, they were NEVER ready. They at least could of called to inform me. When I was sick, my doctor sent the prescription in for me for a Z-pack 3 hours before I went to pick it up, Still wasn't ready. Told me it would be another 15 minutes that wound up being 30. My most recent issue I'm having now is I had my doctor refill my Allegra D for me for another 12 months. When I got my prescription I noticed on the refill it said .50 refills. I called my doctors office and they said yes they refilled it for another 12 months. So Back to the pharmacy. They said they would fax my doctor the request. 2 days later I got a message on my voice-mail letting me know my prescription was ready. Drove to pick it up, It was the generic allegra. Not the the Allegra D. I have never taken this medicine before and I would just buy it over the counter if this was an issue my insurance doesn;t even cover it and they know. Why would I want a REFILL on a medicine that I had never taken? So the man tells me all he can do is fax the doc again and it would be ready the following day that he would fax the doctor in the morning. By 6pm the next day my fiance goes to pick it up for me... They again blame it on the doctor and say that they havn't replied to the fax yet. By this time my doctors office is closed to call them and will be for the next 3 days. This has already been going on for a week! Im getting sick again without my medicine. Why is this such a big problem? Over a refill that I have been taken for 4 years. Time to switch pharmacies!

Worst customer service ever, rude and condescending. Will be changing to someone else
